CHANGES AND REFUNDS

Change by size or model

The process is as follows: you must write us an email to hola@exeshoes.es or 965434325. To have the size you need is very simple. You should make the purchase of the new size, you can do it once you receive the amount, or immediately after making the return management.

Refunds

For changes or refunds, you have a period of 15 days to count after the day following the reception of the order.

The item must be in perfect condition and in its original box, intact, in order to accept your return. No used item will be accepted. Please, DO NOT seal the box directly because it will not accept any that are damaged (peeled by cellophane etc.)

 Option: You must choose the courier company because the shipping costs of the item to be returned will be at your expense. Under no circumstances will returns sent to freight be accepted.

In this case, the purchased item is under the client's responsibility until it arrives at our offices.
